Why has my order not arrived?

Please allow 5-7 days for your purchases to be shipped. (Some items may take longer to process, and will be marked on the item’s description page.) Please note this may take longer during sale periods. 

Once your item(s) have been shipped from our location you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow the shipment progress of your item(s).

If you have still not been sent tracking to check the status of your order after 5-7 days, please contact us.

I’d like to return my order.

Returns can be requested for up to 7 days after the item is received. All item(s) must be returned in original / unworn condition.

We reserve the right to not accept returns that do not meet our Return Policy Standards, and they will be sent back.

My order is marked as delivered but I don’t see it.

We have seen issues in the past with local delivery services marking orders as delivered before they actually arrive to you. If your order has been marked delivered for multiple days and you still do not have it, please initiate a missing mail request and contact us with the information.

I've got an old shirt I’d like to see get repressed, can I show you?
